Multilevel Marketing: Product Vs Compensation Plan


When I get offers to do business of any kind or I find an ad or launch a new company, who advertised usually bother to highlight the potential income you can have, read headlines with phrases like "financial freedom?," Ensuring economic future? "residual income?" retire young?, etc.. and so on. and so on.

Most attention is directed to explain every detail of his plan of profit and revenue potential that we have if we join their company.

But ... What about their products or services?

The number of new companies and not so new system using network marketing is growing every day, mainly through the Internet.

Internet is very easy to change or join a new company, with almost one click you can start a new business, and "better? that you are now (and I say "better? in quotes).

You tell me ... "I also still loyal to my company?, Ok, But your dealer or affiliated organization?

Prior to recruiting new members for your business, they had to do it in person, having to move to the live presentation in an office, conference hall, hotel, etc..

Today your organization is witnessing wittingly or unwittingly, different opportunities every day. Each new company will offer them more profits, more prizes, more bonuses, rapid growth, vacation pay, etc.. And so on. And so on. And this is one of the reasons why we walk from business to business.

Not the first time a "leader? group takes your entire organization to another company, and if I were in your party, your check will surely fall apart.

There may be companies that apparently have a greater potential compared to many other companies, even better profit than the company with which you are now. But ask yourself this: "Is that earning potential is sustainable over time?

In my short experience since in 2000 I started my first MLM business, I have seen birth and death of several companies. We offered the ultimate solution and plans to gain assured us get income for life!

To my way of looking at Network Marketing, the cornerstone by which all companies should lay the foundations are your products and / or services.

Principally and first of all, what sustains and makes a company great are the products and / or services offered.

It is therefore advisable not only to analyze the compensation plan of the company, but also provide a product or service quality and high demand.

- If your company offers a bad product or service, I assure you it will not last over time.

- If your company offers a product or service overvalued (which we can obtain the same product on the market at half the price and even a tenth of what we paid for it), then do not prosper.

- If your business is sustained only through a plan for profits and not have a product or service to offer, forget about it. Not only because it will not last, but it is also illegal in most countries, then S? that this would be a pyramid scheme.

Not only are the companies responsible, but we largely Network also dedicate ourselves to promoting and selling the winning plan, and little or nothing about the products and services.

Always remember this: What sustains and grows MLM companies, the star of the business, products and services are NOT profit plan.

The best way to select the company you work and make sure that your referrals will not disappear overnight, is to get a simple question:

Can I join this company but did not have an economic benefit only for the product or service you offer?

If you "fall in love? Product or service your customers and partners probably will too, and it will be harder wanting to leave the company because they are not getting the revenue they expected or because another company offers "best profit?.

In short, after all this analysis, my recommendation is to not stop on both the revenue plan, but you take the time to analyze the products and services that we recommend.

Of course, a good compensation plan is also important, but if you want to receive your check every month and for many years, join a company that offer good products and / or services that solve problems and make better the life and business people.
