These are the six steps to follow to write university essays of high quality:

1. Analyze the question

There are generally two types of essays, argumentative essays and explanatory essays. In an argumentative essay, you are required to present an academic argument in response to the essay question and support your argument with academic sources (references). In an essay explaining, you are required to explain or describe a process or argument in response to an essay question and support your argument with academic sources (references). Regardless of the type of essay you are writing, it is very important that you understand what is asked of you before you start your research and writing of the essay.

You must be sure you understand all sides of the issue and what you're asking to do. You must be able to recognize the 'words task "in the matter, telling you what to do (for example,' discuss', 'comparison', 'Analyze' or 'support') and 'keywords' in the issue, what to tell you what you are asked to write (for example, critical thinking, or the roles of professional nurses). (More information on this phase will be provided in the article 'How to write essays Distinction Every Time:. Step 1 Analyze the question . ')

2. Draft the Plan Essay

You must write the first draft of the essay plan before you start your search. This will give the direction of research and ultimately make it easier for you to write the essay. Having a plan lets you know what you need to research and what research is needed on any topic or subject that will be writing.

It will build this first draft of the plan of your essay on the essay question, and your current knowledge of the subject. It does not happen very often that you are asked to write an essay on a topic you know nothing, since she is already studying the subject and usually had one or more lessons or tutorials on the subject.

And 'acceptable if your plan essay is rough or vague at this point, or if you do not have a great amount of detail. You will develop your plan assay (in expansion and more in detail) and perhaps even change as you go through the search process.

3. Search

Part I: Organization of Research using a research paper

Your research should be organized so that the transition from doing your research to write the essay is simple. The best way to do this is to organize your search so that it matches the organization of the essay. In Phase 2 of writing an academic essay, you would have written a rough draft essay before you begin your search. This rate plan is the guide I use to organize your research.

Copy and paste this plan essay in a Word document. All your research for this essay will be recorded in this document. Use all points points from your essay plan (which is expected to discuss issues) as the title of the research paper. When you do your research, which will be organized in a way that the information will appear in your essay. Doing this means you will organize your search by theme or topic, not by source.

Part II: research skills and academic sources

Being able to distinguish the difference between academic and nonacademic sources of origin, to know where to find academic sources and decide which sources are relevant to the research are important skills that develop during university studies.

The first place you should go is the library, even if it means ordering in books from other libraries. For academics to have their books (and newspaper articles) published, must go through a process called peer-review. During this process, one or more other academics who are experts in the field will read and evaluate a book or an article to decide whether it is publishable standard. That's why your research will be of the highest quality if you use books, monographs, textbooks and newspaper articles written by academics for research, because the work had to meet academic standards. There is a process for publishing on the Internet, anyone can write whatever they want about any subject.

Your second stop after books, monographs and textbooks are newspaper articles. Some of these will be available only in hard copy in the library, but many will be available in their full-text versions on-line electronic databases, such as JStore, Ingenta, and ProQuest.

4. Complete the Plan Essay

In phase 2, you would have written a rough draft essay before you begin your search. During the search process (step 3), it would be further developed this plan as you learn more about your topic. After completing your research, and before you start writing the first draft, you need to rethink the plan and write an essay based on the final version discovered during your research. The final test plan will contain more detail than the first draft and be very specific guidance on how to write your essay. After completing the final draft of the plan wise, you are ready to start writing the first draft of your essay.

5. Write the first draft of the Essay

Now that you have completed your research in an organized and wrote a final draft of the plan essay, writing the first draft of the essay will be easier than ever. All decisions regarding your essay has already been made:

* That the answer to your essay
* What main points will be discussed in order to back up your argument
* The order in which to discuss the main points
* How much time to spend discussing each main point
* What are the details of each paragraph will contain (ie information that you will use to discuss each of the main points)
* What references will be used to back up argument

So, there is no reason for you to feel lost or fix the computer screen not knowing what to write. If you get stuck for any reason, the best thing to do is just keep writing. You can always improve something, once you've written something. If you have not written anything, you can not do much until you do.

6. Professional Academic Editing

After you finish writing the essay, it is vital that you have professionally edited by an academic publisher. You have just spent a considerable amount of time to do the best job possible on your essay or assignment, do your research and write your results. After all this effort, it is essential that your work is presented in the best way possible. Using a professional editor, Academic will ensure that your work is lucid, well written, and presented properly.
