How to make an effective business presentation

Make an effective business presentation in English for your client or boss can be a challenge at times, I know because I was there for. There was no one to help me so I learned the hard way.

The suggestions cover in this article are for both native English speakers and for people who use English as a second language.
In this article I will show you how to make your presentation effective and professional business English.

I will address three areas that are very important.
1. Content
2. Delivery
3. Impact

1.content
To have effective content presentation is necessary to consider the following five things.

a) Research
Do your research. You must know the subject as an expert

b) Structure
Ensure that the structure of the presentation is solid. An example would be to divide the presentation into three parts.

c) Clear & Easy
The presentation must be clear and easy to understand, not to complicate the content.

d) Level
Always consider the level of public knowledge. If you already understand the content then perhaps you might be more complicated. But if we do not warrant that the content is simple to understand. If you can not go with ease.

e) Visuals
I like to use images in presentations, but you must be careful. Do not just use a random picture that has no connection with the content. Your choice of images to be effective.

2. Delivery
You must carefully consider this area to be sure that you express your presentation properly. Again there are five areas you need to look.

a) Impression
When you have finished preparing your presentation consider the impression you give to your audience. Of course you want to give the appropriate impression.

b) Engage
The presentation should also involve the public, keep their attention

c) Clear & Confident
Remember to speak clearly and not mumble. Perhaps some of your audience members are not native speakers of English. Deliver your presentation with confidence. The lack of confidence will give the impression that you do not know the subject or who doubt the value of your product.

d) Question
Answer questions effectively. Remember I said earlier research, know your subject, be an expert.

e) Natural
Need to meet, of course presentation and a little 'relaxed. Not too relaxed though as you still want a professional look.

3. Impact
For this you need to consider four things.

a) Listen
The public needs to hear that the presentation was worth it. They need to leave the feeling of space that have just had a great experience.

b) Do you think
The public needs to believe the presentation. Do not let it leave room for doubt.

c) Remember
You want your audience to remember your presentation in a positive way. Also you want to remember you as a great presenter.

d) Act
Finally, you want your audience to act when they leave the show. Perhaps the presentation was about training or sales. Do you want them to act effectively.

If you need to read in every area again and then do the following;

SHARE
1. Create a 3 or 4 minute presentation.
2. Remember to take into account everything in my sample presentation, content, delivery and impact.
3. Presenting to an audience.
4. Video of the presentation.
5. Watch the video and get feedback.

Remember to leave comments and feedback.
Thanks
