The difference between the holders of strategic and tactical business and why you need to know the difference


Has anyone ever told you that you need to become more strategic and less tactical in your company? You know the difference between strategic and tactical? Are you confused about what is strategic and what is tactical? Based on observations of entrepreneurs and their management team for the last three decades, I believe there are many people confused, misinformation, and / or ignorant to differentiate their strategic and tactical.

Both strategic and tactical are very important. An entrepreneur or a leader of the management team must know and use strategy and should also be aware of their tactics of a company.
