Love your customer

Saying "I love you ..."

... For your customer should be 365 days a year.

In marketing, every day is Valentine's Day. The novel in progress, the customer is an endless process. Our customers are constantly courted by our competitors. Our job is to flirt, to woo and seduce.

"Advertising is a seduction, not a debate."

- David Ogilvy

Many marketers have too much of a cad, making a sale and then treat the customer like they are the only game in town. However, when the cost of marketing is more expensive to make your first sale, this is a mistake. Business make more profit on sales second, third and fourth.

If marketing is an invitation to purchase, the brand is your relationship going. Your brand is the magnetism, the pull factor and is more magnetic when it is expressed as true love.

"Love is metaphysical gravity."

-R. Buckminster Fuller

Your brand is your logo, not the color palette. Your brand is your relationship with customers and prospects, their desire to do business with you again and again.

Branding is about configuring the back-end. Not only do you want a sale, you want to make several sales in a row to the same customer. It is thought two sales ahead. You want your customers to want the next product.

Branding is a seduction without end. Need inspiration? Look at the 50 first dates movie. You are constantly seducing your customer and show why I love you and need more of you at this time .......
