Recipe cheesecake in Microwave
The microwave is one of the great unknowns of the kitchen, there are many homes where there is one, but almost none is used for anything other than reheating food, heat the milk or breakfast. The fact is that the microwave is an oven and can be used as such for many dishes, in this case we will make a cheesecake as we do in the oven, and I assure you it's going to be delicious.
Ingredients for the cheesecake in microwave:
400 grs. Philadelphia.400 cheese ml. of nata.4 frescos.100 eggs - 125 gr. of strawberry or raspberry azĂșcar.Mermelada.
We beat the eggs and mix with cream cheese, sugar and cream. To better blend cheese, put a couple of minutes in the microwave. Put the mixture in the microwave and stir the most of every 1 to 2 minutes. This is done because in the microwave the mixture curdle before the sides to the center. Repeat the same operation until we get a custard-like texture, but a little thicker. (It is very important that some bubbles come out, because then we will cover with jam).
When we have achieved the desired texture, put it in another shallow bowl and turn to bake another couple of minutes. We let it cool and before serving, cover it with jam.
